Full payment terms will be outlined in your personalised booking confirmation.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by tour type and will be specified in your booking agreement. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. In the event of cancellation by Eat Ride Sicily due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.
4. Health and Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit enough to undertake their chosen tour. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe aparticipant's health may be at risk.
5. Insurance
All participants must hold comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for cycling activities, medical emergencies, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the tour start date.

Cycling involves inherent risks. Eat Ride Sicily, its guides, and partners take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety, but cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from participation in our tours. Participants ride at their own risk and must obey local traffic laws at all times.
